Apple II Computer & Accessories

Apple II Plus ComputerAfter all these years, we finally got the opportunity to purchase an early-1980's Apple II computer, specifically the Apple II Plus model A251016. We were very excited to finally come across one, but were saddened when it didn't turn on when we got it home.

THis unit was tested with a working "System Saver" power cord, but it makes no noises, beeps, chirps or any other sounds. I assume the power supply is bad or in need of repair. Unfortunate, as it both looks great and had some fun stuff installed inside. The outer casing is in excellent cosmetic condition. Inside features an Apple board printer card, Apple Disk II card, and Language card. There's also a Videx video card installed, as well as a Sup R Mod II channel 33 TV interface.

Finally, an Echo + Speech Music and Sound Synthesizer card with its original speaker, packaging, floppy disk and all paperwork.  Also included was a pair of genuine Apple DOS 3.3 disks with original sleeves, Apple II ProDOS user manual, Apple II Disk Guide mini reference book, and the manual for a missing Apple numeric keypad.

It is in excellent cosmetic condition and prints clearly. Unit powers on and will print its test page smoothly and accurately, but I couldn't fully test it (thanks to the above dead Apple II computer).  This unit has the original interface cable with instructions, the owners' manual, an Apple II Dot Matrix Printer Demo diskette with original sleeve, print sample sheet, reference card and packing list. Check out this video of the Apple DMP in test mode...
